Pebble Swim School is preparing to open in New Hartford. This page explains how we handle opening-list information and how to reach us with questions.

What we collect

The opening list is intended for parents and guardians, not for children to fill out themselves. We currently collect:

Parent or guardian name and email address.
City or town.
Child age, swim comfort, and preferred schedule.
Optional notes you choose to provide.
Basic website and spam-prevention information from services such as Cloudflare.

Please do not submit child full names, medical details, or other sensitive information in the optional notes field.

How we use opening-list information

Send opening updates when schedules, visits, and enrollment details are ready.
Understand which ages, swim levels, and class times local families need most.
Protect the form from spam or automated submissions.
Improve the website and opening-list experience.

Where information is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in Airtable so Pebble can review local interest and follow up when details are ready. The website is hosted through Cloudflare, and the site uses Cloudflare tools for analytics and spam prevention.

We do not sell or rent opening-list information. We may share it only with service providers that help run the website, process the waitlist, or comply with legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or remove your opening-list information by emailing pebbleswimschool@gmail.com.

We keep opening-list information only as long as it is useful for planning, opening updates, and reasonable business records. This page may be updated as Pebble gets closer to opening.
